Weather conditions are set to change across the national capital and adjoining National Capital Region (NCR), with rain and thunderstorms expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature on Tuesday is expected to settle at around 35 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is likely to be around 22 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels are forecast to remain between 45 and 55 per cent.

According to the IMD forecast, Delhi is likely to witness partly cloudy skies on October 7, with the maximum and minimum temperatures expected to settle at around 34 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Similar weather conditions are forecast for October 8, with temperatures likely to remain between 22 and 34 degrees Celsius.

A slight drop in temperature is expected on October 9, when the maximum is forecast to settle at around 32 degrees Celsius.

Partly cloudy skies are likely to prevail on October 10 and 11, with maximum temperatures expected to hover between 32 and 33 degrees Celsius.
